Ty Segall has been known to describe his music as Satan in space, a euphemism for garage rock with a touch of crazy. Dirty guitar licks sabotage the clever songs and the lyrics contain metaphors that are so well-hidden they are barely distinguishable from distortion. It’s all very rock ‘n’ roll and it’s also the reason why we love (to listen to) Ty so much!
