Biographie
Brutus is the baby of drummer Stefanie's love for Slayer, guitarist Stijn's fascination for Bruce Springsteen and bassist Peter's addiction to The Weeknd. From this sonic melting pot, the Leuven trio distils its own special sound, something between post-metal, math rock, sludge and punk. "Lead heavy, reckless stuff", "Punk for a new age", shouted the British press. Eurosonic went loco for it. At Pukkelpop, they open the Main Stage on Friday. Et tu, Brute?
