I have ordered and paid for my ticket, but I have not yet received it.
- A short time after your payment has been processed, your ticket is sent to the email address you provided when ordering your ticket. If you have not yet received your ticket, check your spam or unwanted email folder. Still no ticket, please contact servicedesk@pptickets.be

Tickets types?
Thursday ticket | August 18
- Access festival terrain: Wednesday, 6.00 pm.
- Access festival terrain: Thursday, 11.00 am.
- Access Camping Relax: from Wednesday, 12.00 (noon) until Friday 12.00 (noon).
- A Thursday ticket includes a train and bus ticket, 2 days camping, booking fee and mobility contribution.
- A day ticket is € 99 all in (public transport NMBS (e-train ticket required) & De Lijn (bus), 2 days camping at Camping Relax, including € 5,5 service costs and € 1,5 mobility contribution).
Friday ticket | August 18
- Access festival terrain: Friday, 11.00 am.
- Access Camping Relax: from Thursday, 12.00 (noon) until Saturday, 12.00 (noon).
- A Friday ticket includes a train and bus ticket, 2 days camping, booking fee and mobility contribution.
- A day ticket is € 99 all in (public transport NMBS (e-train ticket required) & De Lijn (bus), 2 days camping at Camping Relax, including € 5,5 service costs and € 1,5 mobility contribution).
Saturday ticket | August 19
- Access festival terrain: Saturday, 11.00 am.
- Access Camping Relax: from Friday, 12.00 (noon) until Sunday, 12.00 (noon).
- A Saturday ticket includes a train and bus ticket, 2 days camping, booking fee and mobility contribution.
- A day ticket is € 99 all in (public transport NMBS (e-train ticket required) & De Lijn (bus), 2 days camping at Camping Relax, including € 5,5 service costs and € 1,5 mobility contribution).
Combi ticket
- Access to the festival on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- On Wednesday you can already access the festival grounds at 16.00 pm for the Boiler Party.
- Access festival terrain: Thursday till Saturday from 11.00 am until 02.00 am.
- Access Camping Relax: from Wednesday, 12.00 (noon) until Sunday 12.00 (noon).
- A combi ticket includes train and bus ticket, 4 days camping, booking fee and mobility contribution.
- A combi is € 199 all in (public transport NMBS (e-train ticket required) & De Lijn (bus), 4 days camping , including € 5,5 service costs and € 1,5 mobility contribution).

What's the minimum age for attendance?
- There is no minimum or maximum age: everybody is welcome at Pukkelpop! Please note that there is no special accommodation or no special ticket prices for little children.

Which ticket grants me access to the festival site on Wednesday?
- With a combi or day ticket for Thursday you can enter the festival site on Wednesday.

How to pay for Pukkelpop 2017 tickets?
- In Belgium you can pay with Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
- In the Netherlands you can pay with iDeal, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
- In the rest of the world you can pay with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
- All tickets must be paid when ordered online.
