Artists from all over the world will electrify and mesmerize all you senses.

HUMAN BRUSH

Since 2008, street artist Vincent Glowinski (aka Bonom) has been collaborating with video artist Jean-François Roversi. Human Brush explores scientific depictions and mythological figures ranging from the infinitesimally small to the far reaches of the kosmos.

Welcome to the multicoloured, psychedelic world of WES. Experimenting with composition, colour and form and translating these elements into visuals at Pukkelpop... Enjoy the ride!

FREDERIK HEYMAN

An exclusive avant premiere with scenes from Visionist, scheduled for a November 2017 release. Heyman resurrects press images using 3D scans by Visionist. Tranquil and photographic moments in a digital environment.  

VYDC

VYDC stands for Vanessa Yuan and Joris Vanbriel. The use of 3D video mapping breathes life into the 12 containers of the Video Wall. Virtual liquids, dancing neon figures, undulating lines, ... The animated 3D messages of ‘peace’, ‘love’, ‘kiss’ and ‘dance’ incite visitors to engage in interaction.

LION BEACH - A Zoo, For You

A three-piece visual boys band from Antwerp. This projection was put together from coloured pencils, chewing gum, a polaroid camera and an empty toilet paper roll.

ANNELIES VAES

Very graphic work with simple & geometric illustrations, contrasting compositions, patterns and striking colours.

STUDIO SMACK - Paradise

In a contemporary interpretation of Hieronymus Bosch’ Garden of Earthly Delights, Paradise renders the excesses and temptations of 21st century Western civilisation.

Patterns, loops, repetition, self-similarity, fractals, self-organisation. Randomness of chaotic complex systems.  

AP UNIVERSITY COLLEGE ANTWERP

Exclusively for Pukkelpop, second-year CrossMedia students from the Graphic and Digital Media programme at AP University College Antwerp put together projections on order vs. chaos, deep vs. shallow, the four natural elements, etc.
